Construction of a new 4-storey LTC wing consisting of 100 “A” Beds and 4 distinct resident home areas.
Project included redevelopment of nursing home beds, addition of two new resident home areas, extensive renovation to shared kitchen facility and amenity areas and interconnecting the distinct building elements through a “village street”.
